1. Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Form Your Face website, digital products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

All content provided on this website is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, health, or professional advice. Results may vary from person to person.

Refunds will not be issued based on lack of results or outcomes for either digital products or private Zoom lessons, as Form Your Face cannot monitor, verify, or control how content, instruction, or guidance is accessed, followed, or implemented by the user, including activities performed outside of scheduled sessions.

While Form Your Face may observe clients during private Zoom sessions, instruction is provided remotely and without physical supervision. Participation in exercises is voluntary and at the client’s own discretion. Form Your Face is not liable for any injuries, harm, or adverse effects that may occur, including those resulting from improper performance, misunderstanding of instructions, individual physical limitations, or actions taken outside of guidance provided.

All materials, videos, programs, and content available on this website are the intellectual property of Form Your Face and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

Form Your Face reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at any time for any reason.

2. Digital Products (Courses & Video Content)

All digital products, including online courses, video programs, and other digital content, are non-refundable.

Once purchased, you are granted lifetime access to the digital content. Because access is provided immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Private Zoom Lessons (1:1 Sessions)

Private lessons are provided on a one-on-one basis via Zoom.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Processing:
Approved refunds for private Zoom lessons only are issued for the full purchase amount to the original payment method used at checkout
Please note that third-party payment processing fees charged by our payment providers are not returned to us when a refund is issued.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Privacy Policy

We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and payment details when you:

  • Book a private lesson

  • Submit a contact form

These third parties may process limited personal data solely for the purpose of providing their services. Form Your Face does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Each third-party provider operates under its own privacy policy, and we encourage users to review those policies for more information on how their data is handled.

Payment information is processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
